Action scoring is used as a weighting metric when prioritizing actions. It represents a value from 100% to 0%, where 100% should receive the most attention, and 0% represents a completed action.
The score is calculated with each request and represents the means of the evaluations:
- 70% by comparing current date against the action start and finish dates
- 10% by evaluating the action completion against what should be completed on this date in the start to finish date range
- 10% by comparing current date against the action last activity date, with activity reducing the score
- 10% by evaluating the action priority, with lower priority reducing the score
Any action that is 100% complete is scored as Zero (0).
