Integration with WHMCS

wbTeamPro is fully integrated with the WHMCS Support Ticket system, providing a seamless workflow between client communication and the project timeline.

Support tickets can be accessed from the main wbTeamPro > Tickets view, the Clients Profile > Project tab view, a "Ticket > Project" tab view, and from within any Project > Tickets tab.

When viewing support tickets from within a Client Profile or Project display, the list of tickets will automatically truncate to show support tickets associated with the respective Client or Project.
