Support Ticket relationships can be created and managed from within the existing WHMCS Support Tickets view. From the Support Tickets view you will find a Projects tab added to the tabs bar, from which you can select a project to connect with the active ticket.
When creating new tickets, you will first need to save the ticket before creating the Project relationship.
Ticket to Project relationships are independant of Client relationships. The client originating the support ticket DOES NOT need to match the client associated with a project in order for a Ticket to Project relationship to be created.
From within the Clients Profile there are two unique Support Ticket listings available. The Project > Tickets tab displays tickets that are associated with the client project, while the general Tickets tab displays all tickets associated with the client, regardless of their project association.
