Billing Options

General Options

• Hourly Rate
  Default billing rate per timelog entry hour, used for the invoice dialog.

• Send Invoice
  Default for option to email the client invoice upon invoice generation.

• Tax Rate
  Default amount to use for the tax rate option when undefined for the client.

• Apply Tax
  Default for the option to mark entries as taxable.

• Apply Credits
  Default for the option to apply client credits to invoice.

• Round Elapsed Time
  Optionally round the elapsed timelog value (+) up or (-) down to the nearest minute.

• Invoice Item Format
  Format rules for generating the invoice line item descriptions.

• Default Billable Status
  Default billable option value used for new projects or foreign timelogs.
