Configuration

The configuration page contains several sections for managing the various feature sets of wbTeamPro. Only administrators with "Super Admin" roles will have access to the wbTeamPro configuration area.

General Options

  • License Key
    The software license key required for activation provided during software purchase.

  • Server Timezone
    An override timezone used when displaying the date and time. When unselected, the server timezone will be used.

  • Project File Path
    A relative or absolute path where project file uploads are stored.

  • Temporary Storage Path
    A relative or absolute path where temporary files are cached.

  • Valid Admin Roles
    The WHMCS Administrative Roles for administrators with access to wbTeamPro.

  • Super Admin Roles
    The WHMCS Administrative Roles for administrators with control over all assets in within wbTeamPro.

  • Cron Password
    An optional password for direct requests to the wbTeamPro cron.php script.* //website.com/whmcs/modules/addons/wbteampro/cron.php?cron_password=xxx

  • Cron Admin User
    This is the administrative user that is used when executing WHMCS API calls during CRON requests.*

  • Log Sent Emails
    This option will enable the logging of wbTeamPro email activity into the WHMCS Email Log.*

  • API Active
    This option will enable the wbTeamPro API system. When disabled, requests to the API will be rejected.* //website.com/whmcs/modules/addons/wbteampro/api.php

  • Output Compression
    This option will enable the GZIP output compression engine for wbTeamPro requests.

  • Keepalive Timeout
    The keepalive system will ping WHMCS from your browser every few seconds, preventing you from being logged out from the server. Setting the value to Zero (0) will disable the keepalive option.

  • Ticket Timelog Autostop
    This option will enable the automatic timelog stop feature in the Support Ticket dialog. When enabled, a running timelog will stop automatically when saved.

  • Ticket Status Filter for Timelog AutoStop
    This filter will limit the Timelog Autostop feature to only be triggered when tickets are stored and set to one of the selected Ticket Statuses.
