Managing Time Logs

Client time logs can be managed from two locations, the Client Profile or the Support Ticket dialog.

Time Logs on the Client Profile

The main hub for managing time logs is found by visiting a particular client profile, then selecting the Time Log > Log Records tab. From this page you can manage the entire time log history for the client. New records are created by using the form atop the time log list.

From any support ticket associated with a client you will find a new Time Log sub-tab that provides access to the same time log activity dialog found on the client profile.
